Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only.

Processing time

Orders are packed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping options and costs

• The Pick-Free Kit and the Total Reset: free standard shipping, delivered in 3–5 business days.
• Single items (one tube, the glass file or the Fidget Ball): standard shipping is $8, delivered in 3–5 business days. Free on orders over $70.
• Express shipping: $15 on any order, for faster delivery. The estimate is shown at checkout.

Delivery times start once your order ships. They're carrier estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by weather, holidays and other things outside our control. Your exact options and costs are always shown at checkout before you pay.

Discreet packaging

Every order ships in discreet packaging. The tube itself just says “Pz.” and “Daily Cuticle Ointment.”

Tracking

Your shipping confirmation email includes a tracking link. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show movement after you receive it.

Address problems

Please double-check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away and we'll fix it if the order hasn't shipped. We can't be responsible for orders delivered to an address that was entered incorrectly, but we'll always help you work with the carrier.

Lost or stolen packages

If tracking shows delivered but you can't find your order, check with neighbors and wait one more business day, as carriers sometimes mark packages early. Still missing? Email us and we'll file a claim with the carrier and make it right.
